Service Description
At Riverbend Dreadlocks, we believe in nurturing your natural beauty with a holistic approach. We offer professional dreadlock creation using the superior Seienstyle method, resulting in locs that are instantly strong, beautiful, and that mature at an accelerated rate compared to other techniques. We are committed to the health and integrity of your hair, which is why we never twist, rip, perm, interlock, wax, or use other methods that can compromise your strands. We all want locs that are not only beautiful, but also most comfortable to wear, and both of these start with proper sectioning for your hair type and desired look. With Sarah's technique, you'll leave the studio with dreadlocks that are beautiful from day one and designed for faster maturation, often allowing for longer intervals between maintenance appointments (average of 6 months, but tailored to your needs). You'll also receive comprehensive guidance on proper aftercare, empowering you to confidently build your own maintenance routine. Our New Dreadlock Creation service for your natural hair is provided at an hourly rate of $85. A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final service total. (Please see our service menu for information on dreadlock extensions.) Please note that creation times and total cost vary depending on hair length, density, and the desired number of locs. A virtual consultation appointment is required for all new potential guests.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I value your business and strive to accommodate your needs while also respecting my time and commitment. Please review my cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Service Appointments (Dreadlock Creation, Maintenance, Extensions): * A deposit is required to secure all service appointments. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your final service total. * I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. * No-shows for scheduled service appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you may be required to pay a non-refundable fee equal to a portion of the missed service before being able to book future appointments. Rescheduling: * I understand that life happens. You may reschedule your service appointment one time without forfeiting your deposit, provided you give me at least 48 hours' notice. * Any subsequent rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required. Late Arrivals: * Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment needing to be shortened or rescheduled. In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited. Early Arrivals: * To ensure a calm and prepared environment for all clients, I kindly request that you do not arrive more than **5 minutes** prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving significantly early can disrupt the flow of the studio and will not guarantee immediate attention. Communication: * All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated to me directly via email at hello@RiverbendDreadlocksandGemstones.com or text to 970-305-5908. By booking an appointment with Riverbend Dreadlocks & Gemstones, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
