About Sarah
Riverbend Dreadlocks & Gemstones is the culmination of Sarah Blue's lifelong journey as a creative and tactile artist. Her path moved from licensed cosmetologist to welding forewoman, before intensive training led her to specialize in holistic Seienstyle dreadlock artistry. However, the business model was truly shaped in 2020. Sarah made the difficult choice to leave her established career so she could focus firstly on the care of her adult son, who lives with Prader Willi Syndrome. She built her private studio and shop in her home to create a stable, flexible world that revolves around his needs.
Today, Sarah is the Founder and Curator of the entire collection. Every item is gathered and crafted with the planet's sustained wellbeing at the forefront. She personally slowcrafts unique dreadlock accessories and herbal preparations, and meticulously curates a boutique of ethically sourced crystals and handcrafted treasures made by amazing female artists, and ensuring every piece reflects her passion for energetic healing, balance and holistic care. Her ultimate mission is to share the tools people desire to cultivate positive energy and feel empowered to evolve their sanctuary in mind, body, and space.
